Dampening Spray Bar
Heavy duty stainless steel construction assures both reliability as well as durability. Self-cleaning high pressure spray nozzles (LCB) pulsate with only one moving part. Spray bars can be removed and replaced readily with automatic plug-in style connections.

Spray Bar Control Enclosure & 8-Channel Control Board
One eight-channel control board for each spray bar gives the operators the ability to create, select and edit up to eight curves for each spray bar. It also allows the operators to create eight different operating parameters for each bar.
The Control Enclosure houses the control boards for each spray bar and supports communication interfaces from alternative press control suppliers.

Local Dampening Control
Microprocessor-based control provides pressman with fingertip dampening adjustments. Digital readout features 99 diplay increments for more accurate control and can be interfaced with Press Control Systems.

Remote Operators Station
Pressman can preset and adjust dampening levels throughout the press from this remote station, in addition to creating, selecting or editing curves and operating parameters for any spray bar on the press.

Solution Supply System/Mixer
Features volumetric controlled mixing for precise, consistent chemistry. The high-pressure, non-recirculating supply system mixes only as needed for a constant supply of fresh solution.
